The course includes theory and extensive practical work. The syllabus is comprehensive and makes effective use of the training system evolved by experts in the field. The theory subjects related to different stages of human growth and development, concentrating on the early childhood years. Practical work includes supervised teaching at the secondary school level, group projects, seminar presentation, field work, micro teaching units observation of school and institution and a host of related activities.

Admission to College is done in accordance with the provision and guidelines laid down by the competent authority of the Government of Rajasthan from time to time.

Eligibility for Admission to the Course:-

Only for female candidate shall be eligible criteria for the Degree of Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) as per norms of any university of India . That she has taken the B.A./B.Sc./ B. Com. or a Post Graduate degree of Any University. Recognized by U.G.C., New Delhi. The candidate should have obtained minimum 45% for S.C./S.T./O.B.C./S.B.C./Widow/Divorce of marks in the Under Graduate Degree programmer and 50% for General Category.

Duration of the course and Medium of Instruction:-

The duration for B. Ed. Course is one academic year. This consists of 420 working days inclusive of admission and Examination with a minimum of six hours per day. The 180 instructional days will include teaching practice and school-community based activities. Micro Teaching schedule should be three weeks for development of skill based teaching. Minimum duration for practice teaching shall be for a period of 40 working days. English and Hindi shall be the medium of instructions. A student may teaching English or Hindi Medium for practice teaching. Community Work, Block Practice Teaching, Open Air Session/Educational Tour and SUPW camp part of Practical based Teaching. Approximately12 weeks for Practical based Teaching in our institute.

Eligibility for Admission to Examination

A candidate shall be eligible for the B.Ed& BSTC diploma examination candidate will be forwarded with the satisfactory evidence of having qualified for a senior secondary examination form R.B.S.E., Ajmer/C.B.S.E., New Delhi or any board of Indian State. The candidate should have put in not less than 75 percent of attendance and should have satisfactory completed all the course requirements as given in the syllabus.
